Your new company

You will be joining an existing team of painters & decorators who are working on various small projects in Midlothian. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to add an experienced painter as soon as possible.

Your new role

You will predominantly work on domestic properties, assisting with the refurbishment of the houses to a liveable standard. This could be in void or occupied housing. The work may also involve painting newly installed windows & doors, fencing work and work on commercial buildings such as schools, leisure centres and office blocks as directed by the contracts manager.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking to speak to qualified painters & decorators, ideally with experience working in similar environments. As this role is mobile, it is ESSENTIAL that you have a valid UK Driving licence. This role does not require you to have a CSCS card.

You will be offered an immediate start with a reputable employer in the Midlothian area who has work booked in until after Christmas. We will pay you PAYE with weekly pay and the option for holiday pay to be built up. You will receive regular updates from your Hays consultant throughout the contract.
