They’ve set their sights on recruiting an ambitious newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. The property team represent a multitude of local and national clients and are widely recognised for their top quality work.
Your new role
Your new role will be diverse and you will get involved in a range of Commercial Property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, rent reviews, licenses (including licenses for alterations and assignment, or underletting), surrender of leases for single and multi-let premises, and letting of all types of commercial property, including office and retail premises, industrial units and restaurants, site assembly and development. Due to the nature of the firm’s clients and national legal affiliations you will gain exposure to complex, challenging and interesting property projects.

What you'll need to succeed
- You will be a newly qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
- Previous experience working in a Commercial Property role.
