HRIS Analyst Workday - Permanent - London - Financial services - Reward - HRMI - HR Systems

Your new company

A multinational financial services firm with a headcount of 10,000+. The HR team are based in London and two other global headquarters.

Your new role

  • HRIS Analyst, with a Workday focus, reporting to the UK Head of Reward.
  • As a Workday specialist, you will find HRIS solutions to meet the needs of all business stakeholders for HRIS design and improvements.
  • Managing and delivering the HCM and general HR performance of Workday.
  • Go to point of contact for Workday issues - e.g. user support and escalations for queries.
  • Find opportunities for system improvements to optimise the way the HRIS is used.
  • Supporting Advanced Compensation for Year end and Reward cycles.
  • HR data analytics and HRMI reporting to stakeholders.
  • Business partnering between HR and other departments and also the external AMS supplier to align solutions.
  • Leading on reports/dashboards and data management.
  • Working on design, configuration, testing and rollout of Workday HCM solutions across teams.
  • Providing training for teams.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement throughout the company.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will need Workday HCM experience.
  • Experience of both the basic HCM and additional modules is very useful (e.g. Advanced Compensation and Workforce Planning).
  • Strong analytical skills and competence in interpreting and compiling high quality, HRMI and general data. Excel at an advanced level, e.g. vlookups / pivot tables.
  • Enjoy a challenging and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in financial services is useful.
  • Wider HR knowledge is useful.
  • A university degree is desirable.
  • French speaking would be a bonus.
