Senior Project Manager – Technology, Insurance, Remediation
Up to £600 per day (Inside IR35)
London / Hybrid (1-2 days per week in London office)

This role requires candidates who are immediately available.
My client is a high profile Insurer who urgently require a Senior Project Manager with a proven background in Insurance, working on Regulatory projects and ideally an understanding of Remediation Projects (eg Risk Remediation, Customer Remediation), along with exceptional Stakeholder Management skills, to work on a Business critical Technology Programme.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a large, complex and highly Regulated Insurance / Financial Services organisation
• Demonstrable experience of working on high pressure Regulatory Projects
• Strong understanding of Business Risk Frameworks and broad Business processes (and how they can be federated across the organisation)
• Track record of hitting key milestone deadlines
• Experience of dealing with a vast majority of lines within the Insurance Business (Pricing and Underwriting, Motor, Home, Pet, Travel, Legal etc), and a broad understanding of what each Business unit do. This understanding is to be used to understand how Technology is / can be impacted
• Experience of working closely with 3rd Party Suppliers
• Exceptional Communication and Stakeholder Management skills (up to Board / Exco level)
• First Class rapport building expertise
• Engaging, collaborative and proactive approach
• Expertise and zest for problem solving, with a positive can-do attitude
• Proven ability to plan and forecast
• Immediate availability
• Flexible approach towards hybrid working
Nice to have:
• Working knowledge of Remediation Projects (eg Risk Remediation, Customer Remediation)
• Exposure to working closely with 1LoD and 2LoD teams
• Understanding of affordability checks and associated Regulatory importance
