Our leading national client are seeking a confident and experienced Housing Litigation Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive to join their growing Exeter office.

Your new role

This is a fantastic and rare opportunity in the market to join this highly regarded practice where you will play a key role in the growth and oversight of this team. You will have direct responsibility for paralegals and junior solicitors, providing day-to-day support to this brilliant Property Litigation Team. The work that you will be particularly responsible for will be centred around social landlord and housing management issues, including defending disrepair claims and statutory nuisance claims.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will be a Property Litigation / Housing Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive that has gained experience in a regional, national, or public sector practice. You will have experience of running your own caseload of housing management work while helping to manage client relationships.

Previous experience of team management would be ideal; however, this is not required. You will have the ability to cope with stressful and demanding situations and be accustomed to working under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
