Cosmetic Injury Lawyer sought after by top personal injury firm.

Your new company
Our client is a top PI law firm based in the North West. They are ranked in the Top 100 law firms and have been recognised by the Legal 500 for over a decade. They are currently recruiting a Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join their industry-leading team during a period of growth.

Your new role
This Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence Lawyer position will see you handle a broad and interesting caseload of pre- and post-litigated cosmetic claims from inception to completion. Cases may include injuries as a result of rhinoplasty, liposuction, breast surgery and laser treatments.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor/CILEx with 1–5 years PQE. Non-qualified applicants with significant experience may also be considered. Previous experience managing your own litigated caseload of public liability claims from inception to completion is essential. Claimant clinical negligence experience is required and experience of cosmetic negligence (e.g., rhinoplasty, liposuction, breast surgery and laser treatments) is beneficial. Successful applicants must be tenacious and must demonstrate a desire to be as successful as possible. Knowledge of 'Proclaim' case management system is beneficial.

What you'll get in return
This is a great opportunity for Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence lawyers with strong public liability and clinical negligence litigation experience, where you can expect an interesting and mixed caseload. A competitive salary and hybrid working structure is available and negotiable dependent upon experience. The firm offers a generous commission structure paid monthly.
