You will be responsible for delivering professional and knowledgeable client support respecting agreed SLA’s bringing resolution to issues in a timely fashion. You’ll be responsible for supporting and maintaining a range of technologies including those listed below.

The company is a Managed Service Provider with almost 20 years’ experience provisioning support services to businesses across a wide range of different industry sectors and technologies. You’ll have previous experience in a similar role. MCP or IT related qualifications would be ideal. Hands on experience and understanding of switching, firewalls, routers and wireless AP’s are desirable. Experienced with Windows server and virtualisation would be beneficial. You’ll have experience with Office 365 administration, Active directory and Veeam Backup Solutions.
