Customer service coordinator within a well-known organisation's education sector. Temporary Assignment.

Your new company

Located on the outskirts of Burton Upon Trent you will need to drive or have access to private transport. This is a hybrid role and office attendance will be twice a week, but there are no nearby public transport links.

Your new role
Working within the Customer Service department of the Education Team, you will provide world-class customer service to learners and key stakeholders; supporting them with a wide range of queries; being responsible for handling enquires, sourcing the answer and responding back in a timely manner.

Duties to consist of:
  • Deliver high standards of customer service through the prompt and efficient response to email and telephone queries from all customers, in line with service level targets
  • Provide efficient and effective solutions to queries raised by customers
  • Accurately updating customer profiles
  • Provide support and comprehensive course information to learners
  • Work in a flexible and agile manner to support wider Operations
  • Provide administration support to support the delivery of world-leading customer service
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience to ensure happy customers
  • Executes additional tasks as required in order to meet changing priorities

This is a temporary position with a current end date of July 31st, though this will be reviewed. Hybrid working pattern - office 2 days per week. You must drive due to the location, as there are no public transport links.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working within a fast paced environment wherein you have delivered outstanding customer service over the phone and via email/online tools.

You will be customer-focussed and be confident resolving problems and relaying information in a simple and articulate manner.

Further to this, your administration skills will be well developed, having experience using MS office packages - notably Excel and database systems.
