Your new role

  • Be a primary point of contact, face to face, over the telephone and in writing, to liaise with representatives of numerous national and regional organisations and be able to promote the services offered.
  • Develop and maintain working practices and systems to support the successful delivery of programmes across a range of organisations and locations.
  • Plan, co-ordinate and manage events, ensuring that all arrangements are in place for them to be successful and impactful.
  • Co-ordinate the flow of complex information in a considered, timely and accurate manner by anticipating the needs of the team and its customers.
  • Take accurate minutes at meetings and hearings with actions and timescales clearly documented, working closely with stakeholders to ensure actions are closed out.
  • Be responsible for ensuring supplies and stock are in place ready for upcoming events.
What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience of working at a senior administrative level and coordinating high level events.
  • Able to communicate confidently and effectively both verbally and in writing at all levels.
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to develop positive long-term relationships.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously whilst maintaining quality standards
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to own areas of work and independently manage designated work streams successfully.
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to develop positive long-term working relationships.
  • Excellent IT skills and the ability to maximise the utilisation of IT packages and systems available to improve efficiencies and outcomes.
