Fleet Insurance Account Handler
We’re thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Fleet Insurance Account Handler to join our dynamic Commercial Fleet team within our Insurance Broking business. This role can be based either at our Manchester or Stoke office. As our business continues to thrive and expand, we’re actively seeking an accomplished Fleet Account Handler to play a pivotal role in driving our success. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to maintain and cultivate relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with clients throughout the entire insurance cycle, from New Business to Servicing and Policy Renewals.
- Leverage our insurance expertise and market knowledge to meet the unique demands and needs of our customers effectively.
Required Skills:
- ✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in Fleet/Commercial Insurance.
- ✅ Genuine desire to enhance team and individual performance.
- ✅ Excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- ✅ Meticulous attention to detail.
- ✅ Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
- ✅ Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
- ✅ Strong organisational abilities.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience of writing and servicing fleet insurance using various insurer portals.
- Attention to detail and prior experience creating risk presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Solid understanding of FCA regulations applicable to Insurance Intermediaries.
- Aspiration to develop and work towards CII certification.
