Your new role
My client are looking for an Interim HR Manager while they are recruiting for the permanent role. The successful interim applicant will also be considered for the permanent role. Supervising a small team, you will
- Ensure the provision of a high quality people service to the site, including resourcing, employee relations, learning & development and reward. Provide support to the team and manage complex ER caseload.
- Work in partnership with the General Manager and site management team to develop and deliver the site People plan
- Proactively facilitate and champion employee wellbeing initiatives across the site
- Supporting ongoing volume recruitment in partnership with the resourcing team
- Absence management and retention supporting the achievement of contractual KPIs and targets
- Work together with local Employee Workforce representatives to maintain a positive and constructive working relationship, implementing an employee relations climate of excellence to support ongoing cultural development.
What you'll need to succeed
Extensive ER knowledge and case work required
Previous team management experience essential
Ideally, CIPD qualified
