Are you a skilled and adaptable educator looking for a new exciting teaching job in Leeds? Hays are currently working in partnership with a primary school located in Holbeck to appoint a passionate early years teacher on a permanent basis for September.

They require an experienced, enthusiastic, talented and committed class teacher, who may be experienced across the primary key stages, with a passion for Early Years. They will have a solid understanding of all areas of the curriculum, and be experienced in creating inspiring and exciting areas of provision. It is essential to be able to differentiate for all abilities, in particular those with SEND and EAL. The successful candidate will be willing to go the extra mile to ensure they deliver a rich and varied curriculum that will meet the needs of all our keen and eager learners.

The responsibilities of this role include:
•Delivering engaging and effective lessons across the EYFScurriculum.
•Following the school's policies to ensure continuity in student learning.
•Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
•Providing feedback on student progress and communicating with teachers and school staff as needed.
•Demonstrating flexibility and the ability to adapt to different school settings and teaching styles.

What you'll need to succeed
•Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications.
•Experience in teaching and classroom management.
•Strong communication and organisational skills. Adherence to professional standards and commitment to student development.
