An international Bank is seeking an experienced hire to oversee the management of loan documentation and loan securities and to ensure that all loan documentation in relation to lending is in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as the bank’s internal credit approval conditions.

We are seeking good experience in drafting lending documentation, LMA documentation and commercial lending.
