We are partnering with a leading manufacturing company based in Craigavon with the group employing over 120 people worldwide. Our client has maintained a steady growth rate and its products are now in use in over 90 countries around the world. Due to internal progression they now wish to appoint an experienced Accounts Assistant.
Your new role
Reporting in to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for;
• Preparing sales invoice & despatch paperwork
• Maintaining the sales ledger
• Producing customer statements
• Handling customer account enquiries
• Credit Control
• Handling Letters of Credit
• Other ad hoc duties as and when required
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will need to have;
Essential Criteria:
• 1 years’ experience in a finance/administrative position
• 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English at grade A-C
• Highly motivated individual with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable Criteria:
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Experience with Letters of Credit
