You will be joining a multi-skilled compliance team working at a London market managing agent.

Your new role

We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to support the team in providing top-quality compliance advice to a range of business stakeholders and governing bodies. You will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of the Product Governance framework, policies, procedures and record keeping, as well as carrying out responsibilities assigned to compliance under the Product Governance Framework. You will also do product assessments, monitor customer outcomes and report using data and MI. In addition to the conduct focus, you may be required to support a variety of tasks associated with the firm's compliance plan.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a strong working knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, preferably Lloyd’s, FCA, PRA, CBI, and BMA, and demonstrable relevant experience working in a Compliance/Product Governance related role in insurance. You will be well-organised, proactive, and have the ability to think critically, identify and analyse problems, and develop effective solutions. You will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
