Provide visionary leadership for inclusion across the school.
Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement an inclusive ethos.
Oversee the provision of targeted support for vulnerable pupils.
Work closely with teachers, teaching assistants, and external agencies to create personalised intervention plans.
Promote positive behaviour management strategies and foster a safe and respectful learning environment.
Lead on curriculum adaptations to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
Ensure that teaching and learning practices are inclusive and differentiated.
Collaborate with parents, carers, and the wider community to enhance inclusion.
Provide training and professional development for staff on inclusive practices.

Requirements:

Qualified teacher status (QTS) and substantial teaching experience.
Experience working with pupils with SEND and a commitment to inclusive education.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices for inclusion.
