Your new role:

You will be responsible for analysing, reporting and updating providing full compensation and benefits across multiple geographical locations. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and provide advice / guidance in line with business requirements and applicable regulations. You will be responsible for annual salary benchmarking and reviews. You will have involvement in the administration of pension schemes and general administration.
