An exciting opportunity to make your mark on a huge private company that is looking to enlist a Co-Sec into a brand-new role.

This company is looking to hire a professional that can manage the end-to-end process of the board of one of the subsidiaries. The company has quickly grown and so an ideal candidate will, of course, be well versed in managing board meetings but also will be able to advise the company on more efficient corporate governance.

The company is London based but will require some travel around the country for board meetings, and they adhere to a hybrid working policy of 2/3 days a week in the office.
