As a Purchase to Pay Lead, you will be at the heart of our procurement operations, providing critical and time-bound services to the MOJ, whilst ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the end-to-end purchasing processes. You will oversee the implementation of purchasing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and lead a dedicated team to achieve excellence in P2P.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust purchase to pay processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals.
- Manage supplier negotiations and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement department.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a purchase to pay or similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and systems.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- A strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Relevant qualifications in procurement or supply chain management.
- Experience of managing procurement systems.
- Previous proven experience of using Oracle/Oracle Fusion.
- Experience of managing a team or staff.
- Proven experience of communicating with and resolving issues promptly and within agreed compliance parameters.
- Knowledge of procurement processes
