Your new role

As part of a small team, you will play a crucial role in driving greater transparency and consistency in enterprise risk management across the group globally.
You will support the Group Risk Director, divisional Chief Risk Officers, and local risk and compliance teams globally to embed the Group risk management framework and methodologies for identifying, assessing, mitigating, and escalating risks.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous working experience of operating in a risk management department of a UK insurance firm, a background working in the Big 4 would be preferred but is not essential. You should have proven experience of executing risk and control assessment methodologies, strong analytical, written communication and presentation skills to identify risk trends, root causes and mitigations with attention to detail. In addition, you should have good planning, organisation, delivery and time management skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively. You should be able to understand and convey complex matters relating to incident management oversight, coordinating with all functions on the reporting, investigation, and escalation of operational incidents.
