A public sector organisation based in Sheffield recruiting for an HR and Administration Officer for a permanent, hybrid job.
Your new role
A very varied and busy role for a candidate with a keen interest in Human Resources and Administration. Working for a small business this will be a very hands-on role so you must be used to spinning many plates and be extremely organised!
You will be involved in:-- HR Administration and Recruitment
- Health and Safety administration/responsibilities
- Process improvement and policy
- Working with the general public and being able to speak to those on all levels
- Problem solving and analysis
- Attending face to face meetings
- Customer service and sales administration
What you'll need to succeed
You will have CIPD level 3 or have a keen interest in achieving this qualification. You should have sound administration and customer service skills. You will have access to your own vehicle.
