Your new company

A large public sector client in Sheffield is looking for a Multiskilled Operative to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will be based in one location and part of a 2/3 person team on the site. The larger estates portfolio will consist of around 8 operatives including joiners, mechanical, electrical and multiskilled engineers.

Full time role- Monday to Friday, 8-4

Salary: £30k-£35k dependent on experience
• All work based on 1 site in Sheffield
• 38 paid days leave per annum
• Very attractive pension scheme
• 35 working hours per week

Your new role

All aspects of general building maintenance (joinery, plastering, painting, tiling, plumbing etc.)
Hard FM/Commercial Estates role so will involve:
· PPM's
· Remedials
· Reactive repairs
· Inspections of installs

What you'll need to succeed

Must have a minimum NHC/NVQ/City & Guilds in relevant trade/building services qual
Experience in a hard FM/commercial maintenance role
BMS training is a bonus but not essential
Driving license preferred
