Commercial property manager to join a national property management firm.

Your new role
A property manager looking predominantly after a commercial portfolio in the city centre of Manchester. You will be liaising with tenants and landlords, managing service charges and setting up budgets. You will be working alongside a small team of property managers and rating surveyors.
What you'll need to succeed
A genuine interest in property management with a few years experience looking after commercial offices, retail and/ or industrial sheds. You will need to be an ambitious individual, demonstrating your hunger for further career growth and development. You will need to be eligible to work in the UK and have a full, UK driving licence.
