What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in securing the R&D Manager's role, you should be coming with previous experience with 3D and 2D CAD, preferably using Pro-Engineer or Creo, proficiency in designing hydraulic and electrical systems and experience in Finite Element Analysis. We are looking for applicants with strong project management skills, a global perspective, understanding the development and manufacturing infrastructure internationally. Ideally, you will have sound financial and budgetary planning abilities.

In return, the new R&D Manager will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 and a bonus scheme up to 16% of salary.
