Hays Finance are partnering with a construction client based in county Tyrone to appoint an Accounts Assistant on a permanent, full time basis.

Your new role

• Customer Invoicing — using Sage and Excalibur Software packages .
• Customer Pricing — Control and Reconciliation of our pricing system via liaison with Sales and Management teams.
• Cash Sales Reconciliation — Accurate weekly cash reconciliation to existing protocol.
• Suppliers invoices - Accurate reconciliation of all purchase invoices against Purchase Orders and Proof of Deliveries /AlIocation of Divisional costs
• Preparation of invoices for approval and summary report to Finance team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Team Player with good Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience within an Accounts /Admin support function.
• Good attention to Detail and Accuracy .
• Trustworthy and dependable.
• Flexible and Possess the ability to work within a team .
• Good work ethic to include good attendance and timekeeping.
