Residential Property Lawyer for Public Shared Legal Practice
Your new company:
Take part in a team of specialist property lawyers within a well-known public legal practice shared between multiple local authorities and help with issues relating to residential property.
Your new role:
As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will conduct all aspects of legal work relevant to residential property matters, including dealing with development plot sales and advising clients on all areas of residential development, transactions, and conveyancing matters (including acquisitions, disposals, and lease extensions). T he initial duration of the assignment is 6 months, with a high likelihood of extension and/or conversion to permanent.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Qualified as a lawyer
- Working experience in the aforementioned relevant residential property matters
- Experience in d ealing with new developments and plot sales (highly desirable)
- Previous experience of local authorities work (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of English law, local government law, equalities law, and data protection (desirable)
A DBS check, political restriction, and the right to work in the UK are needed for this role.
