Hays are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Material Flow Simulation Engineer to join our client on an ongoing long-term temporary assignment for an approximate duration of 12 months.

Your new role –
As a Material Flow Simulation Engineer with a focus on Industrial Engineering your key responsibilities will be:
- To update/ create material flow simulations for production areas
- To run experiments of different scenarios in production with the aim of increasing production efficiency
- To work with all levels within the plant to outline the benefits and limitations of material flow simulations
- To complete MTM analysis of production processes
- Collaborate with project teams to increase manufacturing efficiency
- Development of productivity solutions and support realisation
What you’ll need to succeed –
Required:
- Proficient use of Siemens Plant Simulation software
- Experience in Process Improvements
- Experience in Project Management
Beneficial:
- MTM experience
- Automotive industry experience
- Lean manufacturing experience
