Your new role

In this role you will have the opportunity to work on some excellent projects, the likes of Manchester Airport redevelopment, Everton Football Stadium, Manchester New Square, to name a few. The project they work on can range from a £1 million fit-out work to a £750 million masterplan. It will be your role to make sure that all the measurements and bills of quantities are accurate and correct.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have experience delivering measurements and bills of quantities and be proficient with SMM7 and NRM2 methods of measurement. If you are a quantity surveyor but enjoy bills of quantities more than anything, and want to continue delivering those, this is the job for you.

Whether you have worked for consultancies or contractors, as long as you have the knowledge and enthusiasm for working with bills of quantities, I'd love to hear from you.
