Campus Administrator | Higher Education | £13.58/hr PAYE | Temp - Initial 4 week contract | on-site | London

Your new company

I am working for a vibrant university, where they are breaking barriers for all students from all demographics, whether it's undergraduate students and postgraduates or mature students. They have campuses across London and this campus will be based in the heart of the City of London. This role will be based on-site and there is no option for hybrid working or work from home. The shift pattern may vary once or twice a week under a rota system where you may be required to work from 11.30am - 8pm, but other shifts are 9am - 5.30pm or 8.30am - 5pm with a one-hour lunch.

Your new role

As the new Campus Support Assistant, you need to be an organized and proactive team member who assists the Campus Manager and the Assistant Director in ensuring the efficient functioning of the campus. The main bulk of the role will be creating induction packs for the new students, ensuring registration of candidates is accurate, dealing with queries from academics and students.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate would be someone who comes across in a very professional and approachable manner. This role requires excellent administrative skills, an attention to detail, and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of office operations and be capable of providing comprehensive support to students, employees, visitors. You will need experience of working in a Higher Education or Further Education institution to be considered for this role.
