Finance Manager Role - not for profit / Charity

Your new role
As the #2 in this finance team of 8 staff, you will be reporting to a well established Finance Director and will be responsible for the day to day management of this Finance team, duties include :.
Manage and support the finance team using empathy and understanding to develop the finance team’s personal and professional development.
Communicate with staff to ensure they are kept abreast with current developments and changes in law.
Interact with the other Heads of Department in order to support decision-making.
Lead on change management, including systems development and inspire colleagues to embrace change.
Liaise with fundraising team, retail team, other staff and volunteers.
Liaise with external service providers including payroll, bank etc, where applicable.
Support Senior Leadership Team, cascading, supporting and implementing decisions taken.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally fully qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA
Prior experience of leading a finance team in a SME or charity is preferable
Available at short notice
