A well established, global corporate travel and event company. Due to the continual
growth of the company, a new position in the finance team has opened up.
Your new role
- Client Account Management (UK): Oversee and manage a portfolio of client accounts.
- Client Query Resolution: Investigate and promptly respond to client enquiries.
- Stakeholder Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Debt Collection: Proactively follow up with clients to recover overdue debts.
- Financial Transactions Handling: Allocate bank receipts and manage miscellaneous accounts receivable journals.
- Ad Hoc Reporting: Compile and provide customised reports to clients, supporting billing and facilitating payment of outstanding invoices.
- Additional Tasks: Perform any other ad hoc duties as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
- 2–3 years experience within credit control
- Brilliant communication skills, able to work within a team and communicate with stakeholders/ clients.
- Attention to detail, able to achieve targets and hit deadlines
- Confident in Excel
