Your new company is a Market Leading Syndicate, who offer speciality and commercial insurance and reinsurance products across key UK, European, Middle East, US and other international locations. They provide brokers and insureds with a broad product range through the Company and Lloyd's Markets and have approximately 1,900 employees in approximately 60 offices around the world.

Your new role

Your new role will revolve around handling and resolving International FINPRO claims efficiently and fairly in accordance with the Claims Charter/Code of Conduct and Claims Proccess Guidlines. You will also be responsible for working closely with the FINPRO Claims Managers and Head of Commercial Claims to deliver corporate goals whilst promoting LSM's core values.

What you'll need to succeed

The role will require strong technical knowledge, a flexible approach and sound claims handling judgement across all FINPRO lines (Cyber, PI, FI and D&O) to ensure outstanding customer service at all times. You will also need 5 years of experience within the London Market within a relevant class. You will need to have advanced knowledge of claims handling concepts, practices, procedures and techniques, including but not limited to coverage issues, product lines, marketing, IT and product competition within the marketplace.
