Operations Business Analyst - initial 6 months - £700 Umbrella
A Tier 1 Investment Bank is looking for a business analyst to join their Markets Operations team.
- Contract - 10 months
- £700 Umbrella
- 3 days hybrid working - London
Primary Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis of operational processes including flow mapping, root cause analysis & stakeholder interviews
- Business requirement writing and refinement
- Co-ordination of quality assurance and testing, including issue tracking and resolution
- Close stakeholder partnership on business priorities, problem statement definition and project
Measures of success - Contribute to driving an innovative and continuous improvement culture within Market Ops
Experience
- 5+ years experience in a fast-paced, large global financial services firm, ideally in an operational organisation
- Strong business analysis skills, including experience working with data
- OTC Clearing knowledge and/or Operations background is highly beneficial
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall
- Strong communication skills
- Technical skills include JIRA, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools is highly beneficial.
