Your new role

  • Support Financial Operations: Assist in the organisation's closing processes, ensure accurate reporting, and conduct comprehensive financial and operational analyses.

  • Cost Management: Aid in managing both variable and fixed costs for units, and contribute to investment assessments and follow-ups.

  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Facilitate the site manufacturing forecasting and budgeting processes, along with business plan implementation and monitoring.

  • Compliance and Auditing: Participate in statutory accounts procedures, adhere to organisation and UK accounting standards, support local audits, and maintain tax compliance.

  • Asset Management and Projects: Oversee periodic verifications of working capital and fixed assets, engage in internal benchmarking, and participate in ad hoc global projects while ensuring internal control efficacy.


What you'll need to succeed

  • You hold a degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in Business Analysis.

  • You’re familiar with management accounting, and experience within a manufacturing organisation would be advantageous.

  • You possess strong networking, teamwork, and relationship-building capabilities.

  • You can effectively work in virtual teams and take initiative.

  • You have a solid understanding of business and finance, and you’re results-driven.

  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as SAP, Excel, PowerBI, and MS Office is beneficial.
