Your new job working as a Financial Lines broker you will be working for a long-established, independent, specialist Lloyd's broker who are dedicated to getting the best solutions for their clients . This company provides vital independent services for each of its clients' needs. With offices based in the heart of the City, you will be working as part of an established team. You will be involved with the financial lines team. Your new Brokers offer Financial and Professional Liability solutions to international and multinational clients, across a wider range of industry sectors.

Your new role

In your new role as Financial Lines Broker, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, providing expert advice and guidance, working closely with underwriters at Lloyd's and Company Markets to develop and place insurance programs. Your role will also provide expert advice and guidance on D&O, FI, PI, and Crime insurance as well as coverage issues. Other duties will include identifying new business opportunities and cross-selling with your existing clients. You will prepare and deliver client proposals, presentations, and renewal reports.

What you’ll need to succeed

Your previous experience working within Financial Lines or related class of business as a Broker will contribute to your success in this role. You will have experience within the insurance industry and be looking for your next role in broking with in-depth knowledge of Financial Lines products including D&O, FI, PI and Crime would be advantageous. Ideally, you will hold professional qualifications such as CII or above or work towards achieving this. You will be extremely computer-literate and competent at using Microsoft Office software and insurance broking systems.
