Internal Audit Senior

Your new role

In your new role, you will join the firm's growing internal audit team as an internal audit senior. The key duties of your new role include:

  • Planning internal audit assignments
  • Acting as a senior on internal audit assignments
  • Liaising with clients
  • Taking ownership of all assignments from planning through to completion
  • Attending audit committee meetings
  • Developing and assisting in winning new business
  • Any other appropriate tasks, as directed

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within a practice accountancy firm. Ideally, you will have previously been responsible for senior internal audit engagements whilst also working towards a professional qualification such as CIIA or similar. Moreover, the ideal candidate will have excellent organisation and communication skills, be confident leading and working within a team and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
