Executive Assistant

A large public sector client based in North Manchester.

Your new role
Temporary Executive PA – Oldham
29K, 37 hours per week, 100% onsite. Temporary for minimum 6 months.

As an executive assistant, you will be a vital part of the team delivering diary management support to a multidisciplinary team and a network of line managers and executive team.
This is an all round administrator role which will require a real self-starter and someone who can use their initiative to help organise and support a busy executive team.
Key duties will be diarising appointments for the directors and management team, organising meetings, booking rooms and taking minutes for the directors and management team.
You will also be required to work with the management team on specific projects as directed and act as a single point of contact for the directors and management team.
You will be able to provide a full range of secretarial duties including scanning, word-processing, excel, arranging meetings for others, accessing, and distributing reports as required.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous EA/ PA experience is considered a must in this role.
Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential, along with a passion for teamwork and providing an excellent quality of work.

What you'll get in return
The role is temporary for a minimum of 6 months; working hours are 37 hours per week and you will be expected to be working on-site 100%.
