Main Responsibilities
- Check repair orders against device received including asset and serial number
- Add correct power supply if required
- Package device sufficiently for transport
- Prioritise workload between Demand and BAU
- Able to work to target and maintain SLA
- Team player
- Flexible working approach
- General QA checks final inspection of device condition
