Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of engaging lessons tailored to KS1 pupils.
- Support individual students with their learning, under the guidance of the class teacher.
- Help prepare classroom materials and set up equipment.
- Contribute to creating a safe and stimulating learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to monitor student progress.
- Participate in school events and activities.

Requirements:
- Experience working with children in a primary school setting is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient and nurturing approach to student support.
- Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 2/3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent, are desirable.
