Level 3 Teaching Assistant job in Wolverhampton, full-time, long term starting in September.
Your new school
Hays Education are currently recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work at a Primary School in Wolverhampton for September. This primary school has an Ofsted rate of ‘Good’ and said the school is a well-led and orderly place in which to work and learn. Indeed, the headteacher and other leaders are organised and systematic in their approach to school management, welfare matters, teaching, learning and school improvement.
Your new role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working in a classroom setting with small groups of Year 2 children. You will be supporting the children with reading, writing and phonics interventions. This role is full-time and ongoing from Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm.
What you'll need to succeed
- You must be RWI trained or experienced at teaching RWI.
- Putting on interventions to help develop children's learning.
- Supporting teachers on a general basis
- Ideally need experience with children with SEN needs.
- Must have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
