Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic English teacher to join our team at a secondary school in Horsham. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English to students in Key Stages 3 and 4, as well as providing general cover to assist the school. The candidate will be responsible for planning lessons, marking, and ensuring that students are engaged and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach English to students in Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Provide general cover to assist the school
  • Plan lessons and mark work
  • Ensure that students are engaged and motivated

Requirements:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching English to Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
