Your new firm
Your new firm are a well known and established top 100 accountancy practice based in Chester. A growing accountancy group they have a number of offices across the North West with their Chester branch supporting Cheshire and the surrounding area. The firm offer a full range of general practice services across the North West including Tax, Accounts, Business advisory, Payroll, Bookkeeping and Audit. They are now looking for a Tax Senior or Tax Semi Senior to join the Chester team to help improve their current tax offering.

Your new role
In your new role you will be managing your own portfolio of 100-150 tax clients. You will be supporting with a range of compliance including personal tax, partnership tax and wider corporate tax. The client portfolio is a varied one which includes partnerships, directors, HNWIs, sole traders and business owners. In this role you will also get the opportunity to develop your advisory skill set, assisting the above client base with various tax quires through out the year. Progression is a key part of the role with a clear pathway in place for a Tax Senior to progress through the ranks of the firm.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need to come from a practice tax background, having experience supporting a mixture of clients. Ideally you will be confident preparing and submitting personal tax returns and be confident managing your own portfolio and time. Ideally you will be part way through your study either completing or have completed a ATT qualification.
