Location:Bath, United Kingdom
Salary: £24,500 per year
Hours:Rota basis of 4 on, 4 off - week one 11:00 - 22:00, week two 10:30 - 21:30

Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Join our dedicated team at Manvers Street Hostel, where we provide essential support to vulnerable individuals who are rough sleeping across Bath and North East Somerset. Our service operates round-the-clock, 365 days a year.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and information to clients, enabling them to access appropriate services.
- Ensure high-quality, person-centered service delivery to all clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our client record system.
- Take responsibility for day-to-day health and safety and the safe running of accommodation.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and external agencies to support clients effectively.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Empathy and understanding of the needs of Julian House clients.
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with clients and external agencies.
