Your new role
This is an ideal position for an accomplished Senior Software Engineer who is ready to make a difference and continuously create innovative and exciting new products that are critical to our customer’s success. What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent knowledge of C and C++
• Experience of Video and audio networking in distributed systems
• At least one other high-level language, e.g. Java/Scala/Golang/Python/Rust
• Good working knowledge of IP network technology
• Ability to understand a complex problem space and produce well designed, readable, testable, and well documented code
• Experience in the design of scalable, highly reliable, multi-threaded systems
• Experience of Scrum and Agile
• Able to lead a small team
• Able to manage more junior staff
