EXPERIENCED HR ADVISOR OPPORTUNITY

Reputable private Hospital in Norwich looking for Human Resources Advisor.

The hospital is a Well-respected member, known for providing outstanding personalised care to patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading HR services. delivery at the hospital, working closely with the Senior Management team to implement the People Plan. The role requires strong relationship-building. skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in the fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning workforce effectively through regular discussions with the Senior Management Team.
  • Coordinating hospital on-boarding activities
  • Supporting managers and new employees through probation periods, offering guidance and advice.
  • Managing employee absences to minimize short-term absence and effectively handle long-term absence.
  • Serving as the initial point of contact for all HR-related matters and providing consistent HR advice following established policies and procedures.
  • Assisting managers in handling performance management, disciplinary procedures, grievance issues, and attendance matters.
  • Ensuring timely resolution of employee relations issues by managing workload effectively.
  • Ensuring fairness, consistency, diversity, and equality in all discussions and decisions while meeting business needs.
  • Coordinating appraisal processes and supporting regular 1:1 meetings between managers and employees.
  • Facilitating the annual pay review process to ensure fairness and consistency.
  • Supervising the HR & Payroll Administrator.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Level 5 CIPD Qualification or equivalent experience
  • Previous HR advisory experience
  • Knowledge of HR functions and systems, and familiarity with employment law.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
