I am recruiting for a Lead Full Stack Developer for a fast-growing digital agency based in Poole. They have a unique and exclusive customers based locally and internationally in the US. Your new role

Due to a key client’s requirements, you will be managing a team of five developers to deliver a custom Laravel platform that delivers key ED&I training to large business. You will be client facing and expected to understand their needs and deliver full corporate web builds. Collaborating with the CTO and the Lead Developer, you will deliver complex software in an agile environment.

Throughout their ten-year history, they have consistently delivered quality to their clients, so no pitching is needed as word of their exceptional service has spread across the market. This has resulted in most of their work being on a retainer basis, ensuring you will get time to work with your team to provide exceptional and personal service to these impressive brands. You won’t receive unrealistic timelines and will work closely with the hands-on senior team to realise your clients’ goals. What you'll need to succeed

Due to the requirements of the role, we are looking for a senior/lead Developer who has experience with leading a team and is technically strong. Due to the needs of the client, you must have experience in Laravel. Exposure to the TALL stack (Tailwind, Alpine.js, Laravel, and Livewire), and working in a scrum would be a bonus.

Ideally, you are someone with agency experience who understands the need to chop and change on the go, so familiarity with Agile would ensure success. As a senior, you will be expected to lead the team on this key project and part of your role will be customer facing.
