Job Description:
Hays Education are seeking a highly motivated and experienced School SIMS Administrator to join our team at a vibrant and diverse educational institution in Croydon. For the job as a School SIMS Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the school’s SIMS database, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. You will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the school’s staff and students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the school’s SIMS database, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date
- Provide administrative support to the school’s staff and students
- Generate reports and analyze data as required
- Ensure that all SIMS-related queries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of SIMS
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience working with SIMS in a school environment
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
