Your new company

As a temporary caretaker, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, cleanliness and maintenance of the school premises and grounds. You will also assist with setting up and clearing away equipment for school events, activities and exams. As a caretaker you will work closely with the school staff and follow their instructions and policies.

To be eligible for this role, you will need to have:

A valid DBS check or be willing to apply for one
A good level of physical fitness and manual dexterity
A basic knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
A friendly, reliable and flexible attitude
A willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges

You will also benefit from having:

Previous experience as a caretaker or in a similar role or in a school environment
A relevant qualification or training in caretaking, maintenance or facilities management
