Your new company
A Secondary School based in Wednesbury is looking for a School Administrator/Cover. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 7am - 3pm. The role is initially until the end of the academic year but may potentially be longer.
Your new role
The role will include dealing with staff absences first thing and arranging cover for absent staff through. You will also be supporting with students data collection, reports and parents’ evenings, as well as some support with the creation of timetable and accompanying classes. The role will also include typing up letters dealing with parent queries, which will require high levels of customer service as well as other ad hoc admin duties. Therefore you must hold strong IT skills.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a high level of communication and IT skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years. You will also need to have an up to date DBS check, the school can't accept any applicants without this.
