Analytical Development Scientist | Wrexham | £14 an hour
As an Analytical Development Scientist, you will play a crucial role in our product development process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and validate analytical methods, ensuring the quality and safety of our pharmaceutical products. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to contribute to cutting-edge research and development.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with R&D teams to design and execute experiments related to analytical method development.
- Perform routine analysis using techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, and dissolution testing.
- Validate and transfer analytical methods according to industry standards.
- Conduct stability studies and assess product quality over time.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving analytical challenges.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to project timelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-1 years of hands-on experience in a commercial laboratory setting.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to transfer knowledge to others through training or mentoring.
